Ex: hired a friend to do a job that even customers complained about, instead of putting in a less responsible job with less customer inter action, they put the employee in the most visible position. disregarding the lack of abilities to uphold the supposed company motto

      Day-to-day, customer cold call training could be more intensive. Training program delivered adequate information, but continued training and supervision could be a little more in-depth.
