If you’re looking for a company that prides itself on hiring the least qualified people possible, you’ve found the right place! I worked as a Project Manager and let me tell you, Action Environmental is the definition of "who you know, not what you know." They love hiring from outside the organization, especially if you’re buddies with upper management, even if you’ve never seen a construction site in your life. I, on the other hand went to college and also worked in the oil fields, did demolition, and soil remediation (you know, actual construction stuff), but since I wasn’t part of the “good ole boy” club, my ideas didn’t matter.
