      Depending on the project, you can set your own routes. Out in the field, so you have lots of freedom. People are nice.

      Svantaggi

      They are a pain in the butt with justified overtime. If you transfer in with a project from another 3PL, and know more than anyone else on that project. You will not get promoted. Mileage does not adjust with gas prices, thus it can be challenging to fill your tank. And forget about maintenance! If you have concerns, they will fall on deaf ears.
