Really professional work situation check

Open company culture with very good vibes and drive between colleagues. It has been in constant growth ever since I arrived, which is a very interesting thing to witness. Marketing Automation and SaaS are very competitive landscapes, but this company is able to withstand and thrive in the category.

The growth trajectory comes with restructuring and constant reinvention, which probably is typical for any company at this stage. It's not really a negative point, but it's good to keep in mind. The same growth allows for new positions opening up, international opportunities and recognition for intrapreneurship.
