I witnessed growing pains, as it is was 1 company which expanded to 2 separate companies, while growing exponentially with the addition of new services and clients.

Learning and engagement/collaboration with other employees is encouraged and a part of the company culture

Lack of policies and procedures may leave you feeling lost at times. Pay could have been better.
