Must work weekends, fast paced at times then really slow at others

Fast paced with a lot of opportunities to gain experience and knowledge about the industry for the right type of person.

Management rarely follows through on any promises made to employees. It is like pulling teeth trying to get commissions paid half the time. Often felt like work environment was hostile due to the attitude of the upper management.
