Greatest IT company in SoCal. Culture is great and the management is superb. CEO is outstanding and provides all the necessary resources to be successful in the role and the IT industry. Felt like a second home while I was there.

Traffic on the 215 stinks.

Ability to gain hands-on experience in many different technologies, topologies, and corporate configurations spanning multiple industries. A learner's paradise.

No escalation - Tier 1 does same work as Tier 2. Tier 3 fails to provide team support. Not standardized - owner regularly makes decisions based on current mood with no forethought. Mistakes are placed on anyone except the decision makers. Owner doesn't always make informed decisions and readily leaves blame focused on staff when any of those decisions go awry.
