Long hours, shift work so no work-life balance, always short staffed so no one can be sick even during the pandemic you are forced to work when unwell No career progression, manager is the highest you can go to and after that it's head office where you will always be seen as underqualified for because you "just work in a gym" The pay is awful and not worth the effort you have to put in due to being short staffed
