The CAN DO culture, was by far the biggest pro of having worked here.  The team here truly cares not only about the work they put out but one another. I can truthfully say that everyone is approachable and happily willing to assist one another, it goes without saying that the climate here is a huge part of what inspires the staff to do our very best work.  Client relationships have been win-win because the team really cares about each of them and their individual goals. We recognize that their success is our success and strive to produce nothing but the very best work, so we can cheer one another on as we grow. This starts at the top of Active Web Group and feeds through our detailed work on each project. The owner and COO care about their employees and help nurture our creativity, while also encouraging breaks to avoid burnout through team-building activities such as games, luncheons, and even iron-chef-like cooking competitions! There are no 'walls' in this culture, as doors are always open, titles are not relevant and communication and status check-ins are often helpful and encouraging. Every team member at Active Web Group truly takes every route possible to resolve any and all issues both internal or client-related in a mindful manner. If you're seeking more than a job with a company rest assured Active Web Group deliveries on that promise.

The only con is that our staffing may soon be stretched a little thin as new clients seem to be growing at a very positive pace! This is less of an issue versus being more of an opportunity to add additional high-energy and talented people. All company policies are equal to or better than my other previous employers, including time-off, benefits, and communications.

Very, very few. Location is convenient, but work very hard for very little pay.

Leadership is very lacking, no communication, no respect for employees, building atmosphere is disgusting and dirty. "Favorites" have it made - get promotions and raises. If you are not a favorite, your time there will be limited. You can tell when they are getting ready to let you go once coworkers and managers stop interacting with you and stop answering your emails. You can prove that you are a hard worker with proven results, but they will write you off for no reason at all. No chance for advancement; you are not even reviewed in order to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie. Turnover is constant - deli next door even comments how many people come and go in such a short period of time! Don't waste your time with this company - it's a joke!
