• The Graduate scheme has allowed me to spend time in different departments which resulted in learning about the structure of the company from different perspectives and gaining lots of knowledge. • The call centre and main office used to be in different locations, which could feel a bit disjointed when talking on the phone etc. However the offices have since combined which makes communication easier and you can now put faces to names.
