-The union staff does what it thinks is best for the union and disregards the will of the elected leadership. -The staff keeps elected leadership in the dark and tries to "package" information for them in a way to get the specific outcomes they want -Pay is terrible -You can search salaries for the organization on their annual LM5 form which will show you how unequal the pay is. There are people there making well over $100k for doing little work and then there are others making $35k.
