There were very few positive experiences at Acupoll.. lots of free time.

I was an intern to be hired on full time upon graduation. The office opens at 8:30am, most people show up around 9:15am. There's nothing to do and when you ask for work people act like you're an annoying. Very unprofessional work environment. Coworkers make fun of certain people (even in the interview). Lots of swearing and surfing Facebook. I found it tough completing 15 hours a week because I got sent home since there was never anything to do. I didn't have a real desk, I had a broken chair, no phone, a broken computer, etc. It's not the place to be unless you're lazy and unmotivated.

Smaller firms are not for everyone. It is the employee's responsibility to actively participate and grow; larger firms may offer more defined career programs -in exchange for politics, red-tape, bureaucracy, a loss of individuality, etc.
