The people are amazing, everyone genuinely supports one another and steps in to help whenever needed. There is strong alignment around the company mission, which creates a motivating and purposeful environment. Even as a remote company, they invest in bringing employees together multiple times a year, which helps strengthen connections and culture.

Career growth and promotion decisions lacked fairness and transparency. In my experience, a male colleague with less experience and significantly less tenure was promoted over me, despite my demonstrated impact and performance in the role. This raised serious concerns about how advancement decisions are made and whether they are applied equitably across the organization. It was difficult to understand what actually drives progression, and there did not appear to be consistent or objective criteria. Over time, this created a lack of trust in leadership and made it challenging to see a clear or fair path for growth within the company. There were also challenges with prioritization and execution, where high-impact operational initiatives were often deprioritized in favor of short-term or lower-value work, limiting the company’s ability to scale effectively.
