There is a lot to learn initially, specially if you have never worked with claims/policy data. I find the part of the work to be mentally stimulating and part of it to be monotonous/mechanical. In terms of work culture, I think it varies across the company, some teams are nice and everyone gets alone. While some other teams lack structure and collaboration. So if you are lucky to be on a good team, you will like it.
