While we will never settle for the status quo, we are quite proud about our culture and the direction we are heading, including our willingness to listen. The improvements you seek are mutually beneficial, so embracing them is easy. Implementing them, however, takes a little time. Please be patient, and persistent, and we will get there...together.

      - The work is intellectually engaging and gave me many chances to grow technically. - I learned a lot from talented coworkers and appreciated being part of projects with real-world relevance. - There was also good exposure to translating technical work into clear, usable takeaways.
