AdServices is an incredibly rare and special company for whom I had the good fortune of being employed for over 15 years. Had I not left to pursue a lifelong personal dream of opening a business in an unrelated field, I would have gladly spent the rest of my professional career working there. It's difficult to list any cons of working at AdServices, as I had such a wonderful experience during my 15 years of employment there. In general, the advertising/marketing industry isn't for everyone. It's fast-paced and deadline-oriented. Change and innovation are constant. Finding new, inventive ways to compete for consumers' dwindling attention spans can be downright challenging. In terms of advertising/marketing companies, however, you would be hard-pressed to find a better employer than AdServices.
