They are great and talented people working for Ada. Good work-life balance, the company offers good benefits: flexi-vacation, an extra day off once a month when the company shuts down, the option to work abroad and competitive salaries.

Very poor culture and employee recognition; the company and leaders don't celebrate employees' wins and achievements. I did not even receive a single message for my work anniversary... 0 or little initiatives being organized to connect peers with each other online. Really felt isolated; not a people-first company. No concrete pathway for internal growth. Ada is also in a highly competitive market, and leadership has their heads buried in the sand, making detrimental decisions for their staff and customers. It's putting at high risk the customers and employees trust.
