None that I can think of

*good pay * over time available * regular trainings to keep staff up to date and on the same page

*long term employees are not interested in change and don't work well on a team, that's consistent across the board for the employees that have been there 6+ years. * Most of the staff are like sharks , attack the new fish and only looking out for them selves, very few team players. It's the old against the new it seems. * Officers tend to flirt with the female dispatchers way to much, above and beyond comfortable levels, and 90% of them are married or already in relationships. * They like to hire individuals who are family members of an officer or a current dispatcher vs someone who knows no one but is more qualified. *The management staff have "favorites", policies or rules are not consistent for everyone across the board, nor is discipline. *12+ hour shifts and only a 30 minute lunch, sometimes no break.
