Always get you're breaks, unlike some jobs I've had Great people Job is easy, haven't had to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk

No AC, even in the break room, when it's hot outside it's hotter inside Morning shifts seem hard to come by Job is monotonous, I don't mind it but others might

Easy small company / facilities to manage

Very low paying company, HR / management integrity issues both professionally and personally, Caliber of workers, Upper management making promises of getting raise and not following through at all,
