I have worked at Adams Property Group for about a year now, and I am very pleased with the experience I have had here. Everyone is professional, respectful, and driven to succeed. I was promoted to a new role within 6 months of working here and feel valued and appreciated as an employee. I would recommend working here if you have a positive attitude, ambition, and want to grow with a company.

The company's medical contribution for healthcare could be better.

Never a dull moment in the self storage industry so you'll never be bored! Everything for each facility is cookie cutter so I you have to cover another store, it's the exact same. The system is easy to learn and train on because it prompts you as to your next step in the leasing process. They hire upper management from within, so if you make an impression, you may get your own store. Good employees get rewarded! I got a good raise quickly and before it was time.

There isn't enough time at busy stores to keep up with everything corporate wants done and give great customer service because each store employees 2 people. Bad employees get rewarded too sometimes. Pay is low but its the average pay around here.
