The amount of PTO is lacking. Most of the employees are salaried, however, there is a sense of disappointment if you need to take a sick day, which there is not allotment for sick or personal days.

Everyone is more than willing to teach you and take the time to answer questions and chat.

Sometimes there is not a lot of work to do, so it can get a little boring
