Okay colleagues, decent environment to work in

Terrible management, expectations are way way too much and did I mention that your just a number, hired one day and fired the next. If you want to be in like a frying pan this place is for you

There is literally no pros about this place!

Adaptalift does not value their employees the way they should. Pay is below what people deserve, and there are no clear pathways to earn a pay rise unless you play office politics. Hard work alone doesn’t get recognised, which is discouraging for anyone genuinely wanting to progress. It’s a frustrating environment where effort often goes unnoticed, and advancement feels more about who you know than what you contribute.
