Wasn't a perfect employer but overall a great experience. The best part of working here is the social culture. Everyone is very friendly, and funny, which makes being at work fun. Generally, everyone is very dedicated to the cause and very good at what they do. Very barebones teams, so you can learn a lot and get the opportunity to do things you may not usually do early in your career. Great place to work if you are young and looking to gain experience. Monthly mental health days are one of the most valuable perks I have had from any job.

I'd only want to work here under certain managers. Some are not great listeners and don't do well at supporting. A big 'just do it' mentality from upper management. Lack of transparency made it hard to plan and trust certain managers. High turnover. Pay is low for the industry.

The culture and team absolutely makes the experience working for Adaptiiv. The management team has been working hard to improve on problems within the company. Management is very understanding and the time off benefits are generous. An interesting product in a challenging field.

Small company so there is a lot of responsibility put on a few key employees, can make it difficult to get things done. Constant change (could be a pro). A very product focused company so it’s hard to feel valued or supported if your not on a product team.
