      - Adaptive has tons of super-smart people; working with so many great scientists has made me immeasurably better myself since I joined Adaptive - Management really does listen to ideas from anywhere in the company - Overwhelmingly, people at Adaptive are fully engaged, and committed to making a difference in patients' lives - Great company culture; everyone has a lot of fun and there is a ton of camaraderie at Adaptive - No one is ever bored working for Adaptive

      - Things can tend toward "sink or swim" for new technical employees. - Lots of ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities. - Intense work environment; everyone needs to be going at 100% all the time

      Good pay, generous benefits, additional employee welfare options

      The whole department was removed due to company going under. This was within 4 months of employment. I was able to get another job soon but wished they never hired if they were going to cut the workforce by 40%. After that, the company had multiple rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.
