Vantaggi
some people have work life balance, good for new grads to get some experience to start out their careers with but get paid little, new hires get stock options but.......(see "Cons")
Svantaggi
low salaries (Seattle is expensive!), difficult for minorities (non-white women) to get recognition/promotion, no career growth , bad work politics, executives continue to sell their stocks but no one is buying (what does that say about the future of this company), some managers play favoritism so you can move up the ladder if your manager like you (sounds fair?), senior management lacks transparency, most new people don't stay here long (less than 2 years) so very high employee turn-over rates, some managers will do whatever it takes to climb up the ladder and don't care about their direct reports (or maybe pretend to care sometimes)
