- HR is hard to get ahold of, does not respond to harassment/behavior issues in a timely manner. - External hiring preference and middle management bloat (50/50 shot at qualified managers coming in). - Does not offer career support, internal opportunities in many areas, salaries are not competitive for many teams. - Huge failures in communication top-down.
