The compensation plan for BDRs wasn't that clever (the comission wasn't for opps generated, it was for deals closed).

Mismatch between the job description and actual responsibilities. Lack of clear career development structure and long-term planning,salary was below market level. Unexpected termination without prior feedback, warning, or performance discussion.
