Everything is great except for the payroll issue which happened after I left the organization.

Beware: Adbakx LLC doesn't pay employees when vendors don't pay up. They conveniently forget to mention this in contracts. They withheld almost a month's salary from me without warning. Stay away unless you want to risk losing your hard-earned money.
