      I worked at Adchemy recently in the engineering team. Although I spent only 3 months at Adchemy, I immensely enjoyed my time there. I joined the company at a juncture when it was changing directions and starting to build a brand new product from scratch. Adchemy has a very nice mix of experienced engineers with a proven track record and new grads. Although the company has been around for 7+ years, it still has a nice startup feel internally. The management team is very experienced and is great to work with. I found them to be very open and understanding. I had some personal issues and the management team was very supportive and worked with me to work around my schedule without any qualms. Pros: 1. Good projects and techs to work on. 2. Great set of engineers to work with and learn from. 3. Nice upper management team. My personal experience with the management team was REALLY good. 4. Startup like additional perks (free lunches, movie nights etc).

      My overall experience at Adchemy has been very good so far. The hiring process was swift and smooth. I met with a good number of people, including the CEO. They were very friendly and excited about what Adchemy was doing. My hiring manager did a great job in addressing my concerns and gave candid answers to all of my questions and concerns. The offer was fairly competitive. I am a member of the research group. It is a small sized dynamic team with some very smart folks from the top universities. It has been an excellent learning experience so far. I have had an opportunity to make some core contributions in the project I am working on, in a relatively short time. There is ample freedom to experiment with any idea and implementation for the problems I have been working on. I have worked with a good number of people in research, engineering, and PM; I have made some good friends at work. And yes, free lunch from Monday-Thursday, happy hour on Friday, table tennis, x-box, movie nights, etc. :)

      Some senior employees left since I joined; we are not yet profitable (though we have good funding).
