Vantaggi
I would say promotion is fairly quickly after a year into the job, but pay is poor compared to other, bigger digital agency in the area in comparison.
Svantaggi
You're overworked after being promoted and have a manager that doesn't care about you're wellbeing & falsely paint's this picture that he is, but it's just business politics & them having to say those things & genuinely not really giving a monkeys. It's all about the targets and them pushing you to meet them. Workload is unevenly disproportioned and seen employees working well into midnight just to catch up! Poor working conditions, almost sweat shop the way they operate. Shocking & dissapointing to see. Taking advantage of employees due to the pandemic and fears of loosing ones job so employees work hard to keep them happy, but this only lead to more stress when they plant this idea of not hitting targets = job loss mindset with peer reviews every 2 months or so, it's ridiculous! This is because they have a small team, and one that isn't big enough to meet the managers ego & unrealistic expectations. He's insulted me and embarrassed me in front of the team intentionally, on my first day in a team meeting! I tried to explain that I'm having issues with my emails but before I could explain myself he jumped the gun and thought I simply forgot and that's bad! It's funny, because his team absolutely despise him, but that makes him happy knowing he's controlling their lives. It's pathetic & he needs help to resolve his daddy issues, because it's affecting everyone's lives the way he goes out of his way to fill that void of insecurity and building an ego to suppress it.
