8yAt Addepar, we provide opportunities for career development, including managerial paths. We are continuously adding new ways in which we can support and develop our managers and help them improve. We develop new trainings almost every quarter. In addition, we have manager-targeted mentorship opportunities to help our managers learn from one another.
We are trying to build Addepar to scale and to last. We set a high bar for our work and we take care to avoid needless bureaucracy, and we appreciate you sharing that, based on your experience, you believe we fell short of that.
