      Staff learned how to work together with very little and inconsistent direction from Proctor.

      Lack of clinically sound leadership. Not staffed properly to adequately treat clients. Staff treated poorly by mgmt...expected to skip breaks and work extra hours. Highly dysfunctional work environment.

      Hello, thank you for your feedback. We actually don't operate in Harvey, Illinois (we are based in Southern Oregon)... you seem to be referring to the Addiction Medicine Clinic at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial. Good luck, and take care.
