Terrible - Recensione dipendente - Lead Coordinator presso Addus HomeCare

No training and very boring. I’d beg management to train me but was told I did not want to be overwhelmed but in reality, management was too lazy. Other lead would give sad stories to exploit employees for money. Higher ups would visit from TX but hide in an office all day not trying to make company better. Caregivers would show up to orientation and would pick up all the employee cigarette butts since they hired anyone off the streets. A lot of exploited customers since anyone would be hired to caregive. When I quit, I got a vm to do an exit interview. I called back and could never reach anyone. Whole company is a joke.
