Worked for tfl. Hated the high call volumes and was told I wasn’t quick enough , I took time with the elderly and blue badge holders who were not savvy with computers.

Constant restructuring and executive turnover have negatively affected stability and morale. Despite 26 years of dedicated service, the severance package was disappointing and did not provide adequate time to transition to a new job.
