Stay away- company will work you to exhaustion - Recensione dipendente - Finance presso Adecco Group

The company offers very uncompetitive salary and poor benefits. A good job to gain experience but they over work you and you’ll find yourself working 60+ hour weeks. Also the company does this tacky thing where if you leave the company they don’t pay you your PTO that you have earned. You’ll find the culture of the company is that they require you to be available at all times, you’ll have a lot of difficulty trying to use your PTO (that apparently they can hold hostage from you). Company is in disarray, stay away. Word of advice- If you take a role with company, negotiate a higher salary since they won’t let you use PTO
