Be careful - Recensione dipendente - Systems Engineer presso Adherium

Our department was wonderful, personalities blended well and had a good, conscientious manager. Directly due to our department head, we had leeway to be creative, brainstorm solutions, and were encouraged to continually create and seek new opportunities. Any reasonable tool we requested to help with work was granted and I had constant communication with my team and my manager. Wages and hours were fair for the work required. My interactions with the CEO were few but, in those rare events, I found him to be friendly and interested in my work.

While we didn't feel the micromanagement many other reviews are noting, we were aware of it and it did impact others we worked with at the company. It didn't seem that there was any clear direction, and so many decisions were reactionary. There was a high turnover of staff and it felt like objectives changed on a whim.

Remote so allows flexibility. Good commissions.

Micromanaging team. Not a lot of support and structure.
