Lack of opportunity for experience

I am a full time employee from last year. Working in this organization has been a great opportunity to enhance my knowledge. The office environment is supportive, with both colleagues and seniors always ready to help and guide. Great place for learning and growing. The interview process consists of three rounds. In the first round, they ask core Java questions. In the second round, they pose logical and coding questions. The third round is an HR interview. The questions are at an intermediate level.

There is not such cons which should be highlighted but sometimes getting a WFH is not feasible and there is no hybrid mode.
