      - Relatively low pay - Dusty environment - The worse lab that I have seen (in my opinion) - Very bad office politics - High employee turnover rate with almost close to zero handovers retained - Double standard between new and old staff. - A lot of negative energy in the office. - Complaint is common

      Management too focus on their KPI and being inconsiderate towards and squeeze as much as possible from staff. Making whole like family business vibes
