* Micromanagement * Managers are NEVER there * Incompetent employees; managers and regular employees * No standards whatsoever * Unrealistic expectations * Write ups for being 1 minute late * CEO cares about nobody but herself and her family, if you’re not family you don’t matter * NEPOTISM!!!!!! Family does what they want when they want. * Workload is unmanageable and outside of California standards * Productivity is not managed - if you work hard and stay caught up, you’re given lazy employees caseloads who are behind * Don’t get hurt, HR is unavailable 90% of the time * You have to come to work sick, even with covid symptoms * Company as a whole does not care about your health or wellbeing And since it is not an option, I do NOT approve of the CEO. She is condescending, rude and speaks over you like you need to bow down to her.
