Initially it was good company, cab facility, free fruit, fun budget and party(only where manager can eat his food without garlic and onion) .

Svantaggi

1) Employees are treated like a hired labour. 2) If any questions are asked , new policy are created by managers specially for the person to harass. 3) Incapable People and relatives are working in the company , who are not even deserved to work as a floor cleaner in a grocery store and their attitude is like CEO of Microsoft. 4) promotions only boot lickers and relatives as mentioned , no place for hardwork and talent. 5) Onsite oppurtunities are for special people and managers only who just want to have some fun . 6) Extreme work preasure , no respect for employees who are senior , team leads are incapable to handle team, only just say yes to every word of manger just to get promotions 7) Fake reviews are posted in all forums by hr and their friends who are not even works for company. 8) Manager himself avail all benefits like work from home(without any working) ,sick leave and if genenuinly someone needs , he will be harassed atill the end. 9) Create lots of problems and harassment while relieving , special things are created by mangers for employee, so that he just can't join new organizations

Only benefit is share policy that too only if you stay more than three years without saying anything.

Limited opportunities for growth & No help or mentoring from managers. You are the only one, responsible for any problem related to your work area. Don't trust management for anything, they play with words for temporary solutions. Employee has no value in the company because company is favouring them by giving salary.
