Really disappointed - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso AdvanSix

Again, this company was great to work for but things have really fallen apart the last 1.5 years. The company went through a reorganization that has caused chaos. Severe lack of resources and basically operating chemical facilities with a skeleton crew. There is no leadership. Poor communication. Pay isn't great. Over worked and no consideration for work-life balance. Everyone at the plant level or supporting manufacturing seems to be miserable.
