If you like selling and calling on commercial accounts(Tires Plus, etc) this is a fun job and realitivly easy to hit company sales expectation. The company has all the reporting you need to stratigize a sales plan. The pay is above average for similiar positions in the industry and comes with car, phne, computer, and air card. You work from home when not riding with salesmen. There are also stock options for Commercial Sales Managers and above

Svantaggi

You need thick skin and get used to no poistive feedback. The values are Inspire, Serve, and Grow, and there is not Inspire to the team. Upper mgt only wants to get ahead, and you are out on an island. Mess up and you are out. Watch your back as it will get stabbed.

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Svantaggi

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
