      Lack of drive to do best practices. Lack of teamwork. Pretending to follow agile but only uses framework when convenient. Business drives technical decisions without considering impacts or technical team members. IT leadership is only focused on delivery and not delivering a product that will work and meet business requirements. Aggressive and unrealistic deadlines are the norm. Team members encouraged to work against each other.
