Vantaggi
-If you're interested in cars, it's a great place to talk to people about them (co-workers and customers) -Good management of product, back stock well-organized. Computer system should tell you whether or not something's in stock (no digging through back stock). Could vary from store to store. -Only one truck a week, typically 3-4 pallets. -As a Mobile Parts Pro, you get to see "behind the scenes" in the auto repair industry.
Svantaggi
-Low wages. Impossible to earn a living. -Hectic scheduling. Expect to work eight days straight across two weeks on more than several occasions. -Weird, cult-like corporate culture among management. -Forced to do worthless computer training. -Not much opportunity for advancement (albeit not necessarily non-existent). -Some co-workers lack automotive knowledge. -Installing batteries can be a pain (may have to do it in rainy weather). -Commercial customers can sometimes be extremely rude. -A lot to learn, leadership expects you to know how to do everything with little to no guidance (could vary from store to store).
