Eh - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Advanced Call Center Technologies

was going on my third year and only got 1 raise. I really liked working here until it was just suddenly all over the place. Seemed like no one knew what they were talking about. They laid a lot of us off randomly by logging us out of our computers, with no warning and waiting all day long for a call right before the holidays. I was told I would be getting my pto hours paid out and never did!
