Some of the people... particularly in Doosan would go out of their way to find fault in their coworkers and get them fired. Management Overworked and far too much is expected of you if you work for Doosan. Job security They cut corners and dont follow through with their promises They do and will screw their employees over... no matter how long you've been working for them or what your position is. They hired qualified tradesmen to set up their production for a Doosan contract and then fired everyone and hired unskilled foreigners and over worked them for less pay. Poor morals that ultimately reflected in the products their producing and in their customers response to those products.
