This just goes with their poor management skills of scheduling 5 people all at once for the "interview." -Interviews goes first with the "aptitude test" which is timed and if you make it past that, you take another IQ test called "Novis Mental Ability Test." and then from there, if they like you you'll start working (which just means you're shadowing of who ever is at the front.) Trust me this was all so very sketchy when I first went. - You're basically on your own learning their system.
