It's a little difficult to respond to your review since I don't know how long ago you left us. However, let me say that since I assumed the role of CEO two years ago, the executive team has made it a priority to operate the company without compromising our integrity, and above all else, conducting ourselves in the most ethical manner. As far as communications, we have made great strides over the last two years in being transparent with all staff regarding company matters, as evidenced by our quarterly all-staff meetings, which I personally prepare the presentation for, and deliver. Advanced Medical Reviews has experienced very strong growth over these past two years, and we believe it is in large part due to the fact that we have improved our organizational health and culture, which includes asking for input from staff on company initiatives.
