Not many to speak of. Been in business awhile. Consulting base good despite poor leadership and environment. Some real knowledgeable people there but should be glad they are not in the office. Hard to find many positives here when the environment is more hostile than serene. A pro would be location I guess.

Very poor leadership. People put in place who have no business being there. Manage by intimidation rather than by positive reinforcement. Prefer to berate rather than complement. The hiring of certain "key" people who lack knowledge base and experience puts a strain on others.. People are treated as disposable which is why they have an outside firm constantly providing additional people to interview. Very poor choice for someone looking for a long term position that they could be proud. Classic sweat shop!!
