Not a lot of opportunity for commission. Expensive product, very niche. Not easy to generate new business due to this. External sales trainer was probably the worst person I have ever met. Learned nothing from them the entire time I was there. Micromanagement is constant Completely inflexible. Expected unpaid overtime. Judged quality of work by the amount of time you were sat at your desk. Mandatory lunch break at 1pm

Really enjoyable, modern development practices, exciting features, modern tech stack, great colleagues and team. No doubt the company has had problems in the past, but things have obviously changed in the last couple of years. Also, excellent career opportunities, training and growth.

It's fully onsite working, but there is the opportunity to WFH when you need to. It gives me the flexibility I need.
